Your mission
As an FP&A Expert at Bitpanda your role will be to provide meaningful support for decision making and proactively suggest measures to improve company performance. You will be a part of the Strategic Finance team responsible for planning, reporting, target setting, actual performance tracking and insight creation. Moreover, you will actively contribute to defining and setting up KPI sets and holistic management reports. Being embedded in the CFO area and working along with all other finance / business functions, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders on various seniority levels.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Consolidate, analyse and review commercial & financial results to ensure high quality insight that supports decision making
- Contribute to building our financial reporting landscape and planning processes by using sophisticated tools and designing efficient workflows
- Drive deep-dive analysis in crucial areas to create ideas and proposals on how to improve business performance
Who you are
- Experienced FP&A Specialist / Controller with solid finance and accounting knowledge and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented with passion for number crunching and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders and drive new initiatives via business partnering
- Tech savvy to work with various tools and applications (Netsuite, Anaplan, Tableau, Excel, G-Suite); ability to create and run queries from Data Warehouse (basic SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Interested in financial markets / fintechs / crypto
