As a Business Strategy Manager at Flipster,
You will be equipped with data analytics expertise, combined with your knowledge and experience in business strategy. You will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making processes, discovering user insights and developing strategies that optimize our business operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a company-wide strategy aligned with long-term goals.
    • Communicate complex data analysis results through clear data visualization, reports, and presentations with key stakeholders.
    • Create data-driven strategies to drive growth across various funnels, including user acquisition, activation and reactivation.
    • Identify key user behaviors and evaluate the financial impacts of business activities.
    • Conduct research on industry benchmarks, competitor anlaysis, and market dynamics to provide insights for development of long-term business strategies.
    • Operate in an agile work environment, pivoting quickly and navigating ambiguity to drive business results.
    • Manage unplanned and urgent operational tasks as they arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
    • Lead continuous improvement efforts by developing performance metrics, tracking progress, and optimizing strategic decisions and operations.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years in a business strategy or management consulting role, with experience and expertise in data analytics.
    • Proficient in programming or data query languages such as SQL, R, or similar.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to various stakeholders.
    • High proficiency in English.

Preferred

    • Knowledge of and/or experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
    • Previous experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
