We look forward to hearing from passionate, goal-oriented applicants ready to make their mark in the blockchain space.As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for spearheading efforts to introduce and integrate our SSV technology with all protocols dealing with native ETH staking and native ETH staking service providers, with the main focus on Ethereum ETF companies and institutions. Your role will be pivotal in creating strategic relationships, driving business growth, and positioning our technology as a leading solution in the institutional crypto market. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage potential Ethereum ETF companies, including institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, custodians, and exchanges to showcase the benefits of integrating SSV technologies.  Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within Ethereum ETF firms to establish long-term partnerships and secure adoption of SSV solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Ethereum ETF space. Develop tailored strategies to address these needs and highlight the value of SSV technology. Business Development: Collaborate with the VP to set short-term and long-term business development goals and execute business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. This includes creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Product Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on SSV technologies, articulating the technological value proposition and benefits to potential users. Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and drive product improvements based on market needs. Industry Representation: Represent SSV Labs at industry events, conferences, and forums. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to effectively position our technology. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using Monday Sales CRM. Provide regular updates to VP, ecosystem growth on achievements, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the financial services or working with financial institutions, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cryptocurrency sectors. Proven track record of successfully opening doors and establishing partnerships with institutional players. Network: Existing relationships/contacts within institutional crypto and ETH staking industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Ethereum, Ethereum staking, ETFs, and the broader crypto market. Familiarity with SSV technology and its application within institutional contexts is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
