🙌🏼 What you will be doing
- As a Revenue Strategy & Operations at Ramp, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial team in shaping the company's growth trajectory through insightful commercial planning. You will streamline the sales pipeline management process while driving strategic pricing initiatives directly impacting revenue. Your responsibilities include supporting high-level strategic sales processes, conducting data analyses and contributing to building the commercial strategy, pricing mechanisms and GTM approach.
- You will support the delivery of strategic insights, leveraging your analytical expertise to inform and guide organisational decision-making. 🧩What you will be working on
- Perform data analysis to uncover insights into revenue performance that can help drive strategic business decisions
- Support in the development and maintenance of commercial models that inform business OKRs and the team's budget by accurately forecasting revenues and monitoring costs, liaising with the Finance team as necessary
- Conduct pricing analysis to identify market trends and pricing opportunities, designing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance competitiveness and profitability
- Manage, analyse, and optimise the CRM pipeline to ensure data integrity and identify growth opportunities, collaborating with the Partnerships team to refine lead qualification
- Create detailed reports and analyses for senior management and support in preparing Board presentations that ensure the data presented aligns with broader strategic objectives
- Support strategic sales processes by coordinating efforts across Partnerships, Account Management, Marketing, Product, senior management, and other stakeholders as necessary

🤟🏻What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Strategy, Operations, Finance, Consulting, Strategic Planning, or related analytical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus.
