Member of Platform, Settlement Network, Growth & Strategy
Technical Skills:
- Drive Anchorage Digital’s strategy and go-to-market for our new settlement network, with a strong understanding of the tech offering, end to end trade flows as it relates to the crypto settlement ecosystem.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Generate and close a pipeline of opportunities across all of Anchorage Digital’s settlement business line and build meaningful long-term relationships with our clients.
- Work with senior management to create a targeted strategy for the spot settlement, off exchange and tri party infrastructure, leveraging all of the internal resources available, from product, engineering, marketing, to business operations and client experience.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.
- Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively influencing and executing the strategy for settlement network expansion.
Communication and Influence:
- Collaborate effectively across the organization to provide feedback from clients and drive momentum in the product.
- Deliver regular updates to Leadership around progress and new initiatives.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Significant, meaningful, and relevant financial services, trade settlement and client management experience, specifically within capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience leading supporting strategic and complex projects, are able to break them down into simple initiatives, and manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, and can draw upon this to influence the strategic direction of Anchorage Digital.
- Some combination of the following: creativity, flexibility, curiosity, collaboration, and humbleness, and use this to serve as a knowledge leader and partner to other villagers.

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:
- Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
- Compensation Range: $135,000 - $192,000/yr - this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required. ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks.
