The Role

In the role of Chief Strategy Officer you will lead our TradFi engagement strategy, help structure the product for the needs of customers in the TradFi industry, support go-to-market in securing TradFi customers via partnerships and help lead the fundraising efforts from within TradFi.

Responsibilities

TradFi Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive TradFi engagement strategy to establish strong relationships with TradFi institutions
  • Identify key pain points and requirements of TradFi customers and work closely with product teams to tailor our digital asset products and solutions to meet their needs
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape in the TradFi space, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Product Structuring for TradFi Customers:

  • Collaboration on the design and structure of digital asset products that align with the risk appetite and compliance requirements of TradFi customers
  • Ensure that our digital asset products and solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the TradFi industry
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from TradFi customers to enhance existing products and develop new offerings

Go-to-Market and Partnerships:

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with TradFi institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our reach and secure customers in the TradFi space
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for TradFi customer acquisition and retention

Fundraising from TradFi Sources:

  • Develop and execute a fundraising strategy targeting traditional finance sources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, presenting investment opportunities and effectively communicating our value proposition
  • Collaborate involvement in fundraising activities in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members

Requirements

  • 10 years + Experience in the Traditional Finance (TradFI) industry
  • Knowledge of DeFi ecosystem and implications of real world assets
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital asset space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
