Who are we looking for

One of our partner companies and a member of Spot Coworking community, a team of proud creators of a modern web-based low-code SaaS platform for creating various workflows, communication, data processing pipelines, providing customized solutions as well as consulting and services, is looking for Ruby on Rails Developers. 

Role Overview

• You’ll be working on the development of web and web applications, information systems and backend tools

• You will be working with a large amount of data, various use-cases, integration and other large systems.

• You’ll be collaborating with frontend & UX developers 

• You’ll be covering manual testing, writing and maintaining of functional tests

• You’ll have a chance to use or learn such a tech stack as Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, jQuery, Sidekiq, Elastic Search, Memcache, Redis, Docker, Rabbit, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Vue.js, GIT

Skills required & Practicals

• You have at least 3 years of current or past commercial experience with Ruby on Rails programming

• Good knowledge of and experience with SQL (e.g. Postgres), GIT

• Basic knowledge of Bootstrap 3 & 4, jQuery 

• Active approach to problem solving

• Responsibility, strong work ethic and the ability to make a complete solution

• The desire to learn new things and work in a team

• Upper intermediate English language skills

Practicals

• Location: Bratislava (flexible on onsite, remote or hybrid form of work)

• Compensation: starts from 3000,-EUR per month plus benefits

• Type of contract: permanent (TPP)/ contractor

• Starting Date: upon agreement
