We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the further development of our Customer Experience (CCX) Platform called PaxOffice. We are looking for someone passionate about creating an outstanding customer service platform.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

• Build a word-class internal customer service platform By working with CCX team and users and translating their requirements into an execution plan that a cross-functional team can deliver
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to rebuild our existing PaxOffice infrastructure to better support existing use cases and workflows
• Develop strategy and roadmap, prioritize features and coordinate feature releases for PaxOffice
• Define new product features with specs (PRDs)
• Define OKRs and other key metrics for success, analyze the user impact of product features
• Work in collaboration with CCX team and PaxOffice Product Manager to ensure seamless integration of the new workflow for both users and employees
• Collaborate across functions including CCX, engineering, design, informational security, legal, compliance, and product to successfully scale Paxful grow 10x

• Proven track record of successful product feature releases that helped improve performance in Product-driven organization
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, define and deliver on key initiatives

• Contribution to the product roadmap, capturing, and prioritizing product features release requirements
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines, commitment to excellence
• Experience of leading the team and cross functional collaboration in a dynamic environment

Target Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Knowledge of PHP, JS languages, Laravel, Symfony php frameworks, React FE framework (or any language/framework)
• Knowledge/understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB databases (or any SQL and NoSQL solutions)
• Experience working with Kubernetes - infra
• Experience in building, launching and/or improving customer support systems
• Ability to analyze data patterns, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
• Passionate to help execute leadership’s vision
• Strive in a fast paste, always evolving start-up environment
• Eager to achieve ambitions goals
• Strive to excellence, able to receive feedback, and willing to learn, grow and improve
• Experience working in matrix teams
• Ability to take the idea and make it a reality from planning to product launch
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Cryptocurrency and marketplace knowledge is a plus
