Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst that will reconcile ATM activity and ensure that all transactions are settled to the correct bank account in addition to working with armored providers to recover any lost funds.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prior day armored activity is accurately settled back to the correct bank account using reports from various providers.
• Reconcile each ATM against the armored activity to ensure that armored has reported the correct amount of funds.
• Work with armored and bank providers to collect any reporting in support of researching and resolving all out of balance conditions.
• File claims to armored providers for any funds that were not recovered.
• Follow up with armored provider for resolution on aged claims
• Work with armored providers to collect payment for claims filed for funds that were not recovered.
• Assist other team members and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• One to five years of experience in accounting, account reconciliation or back office banking.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills.
• Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
