This is an opportunity to step into a true builder role at an early stage, working on a highly technical product with real-world impact.

đź A fast-growing, privacy-focused technology company operating at the infrastructure layer
đź They build software that allows organisations to compute on sensitive data while it remains encrypted
đź The technology is used in blockchain-adjacent environments, but is equally relevant to AI, payments, identity, compliance, and data security
đź Customers are highly technical teams across finance, infrastructure, and emerging tech â this is not SMB or transactional SaaS

đź This is a brand-new position and the companyâs first dedicated BD / GTM hire
đ Youâll own go-to-market from scratch â opening doors, building relationships, and driving early conversations in the US ecosystem
đź As discussions become technical, youâll partner closely with founders and engineers, while feeding real customer insight back into product strategy

đ° Compensation: $150kâ$200k base, plus equity (flexible for the right person)
đ Fully remote, US-based, with a strong preference for New York or San Francisco

đ§ Someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting a playbook
â Experience in startups or scale-ups selling technically complex products
