Qualifications

•Experience in partnerships managing relationships with centralized exchanges, DeFi protocols, or NFT projects

•Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies

•Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships

•Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions

•Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

•Passionate in the field of DeFi and providing these partners a best in class support experience to create a new industry standard

•Wide professional network and strong reputation among the DeFi ecosystem


Responsibilities

•In this role, you consistently deliver value-add solutions to our top tier partners, collaborate extensively with the broader partnerships team as well as developer relations, product, and marketing and develop a robust partnership pipeline and close key strategic deals that align with our long term goals

•Develop and manage key partnerships with businesses and stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem, including stablecoins, LPs, and dApps

•Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership goals align with company product, marketing, and sales objectives

•Understand partners' business needs and challenges, and deliver unique, value-add solutions

•Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIs

•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities
