What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented moderator who can own, oversee and maintain a healthy and safe space for the LALA community. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring user sentiment, upholding community values, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of our Discord community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own setting up LALA’s Discord server, including channels, bots, and overall infrastructure based on set objectives
• Fully understand and enforce community rules & guidelines, and take appropriate actions against users who violate them
• You are great at promptly responding to any issues or concerns that arise in a clear, concise, and friendly voice, while escalating issues when needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive community by creating engaging and welcoming content
• Positively reinforce proper behavior among community members, while helping to identify super users and potential brand ambassadors
• Collaborate with the marketing and community management teams to help promote community engagement, retention and growth
• Act as a liaison between community members and the company, communicating feedback and suggestions as appropriate
• Actively support users getting answers to their technical and non-technical questions
  
  

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Community Moderator, ideally in the web3/NFT space
• Strong understanding of Discord features and moderation tools.
• Strong understanding and experience with web3 and blockchain technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• This is an opportunity to grow with our early stage company as we build the LALA community from scratch. As part of this effort, it may require some evening or weekend work to accommodate our global community.
