About the job

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Community Management Consultant to lead our community growth strategy. The role is project based, which will last 4-5 weeks, with the possibility to grow into a long-termposition. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the blockchain games/crypto industry and responsible for delivering the company’s overall community growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CMO, Midnight leadership, and game directors to help define the role community should play within our ecosystem

• Plan strategies to grow all of our online communities, including but not limited to Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap

• Create policies that make our communities, and our games, a force for good in the world

• Integrate necessary technologies to protect the communities from bot attacks and scams

Qualifications

• A mastery, both strategic and tactical, of community, social media, and content distribution channels

• Deep foundational knowledge of web3, games, and gamer culture; and of the relationships between studios, publishers, game communities, and the community platforms that drive those relationships and connections

• Some exposure to talent relations and public relations/communications

• 2+ years of work experience in a community management/growth role for web 3 projects

• Knowledge of growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
