Company Overview

dAMM.Finance is soon to be launching Aori (aori.io) its crypto options and structured products marketplace. We aim to help make the derivatives trading environment be more transparent, safe, and dynamic for DeFi participants as well as becoming a primary destination to trade crypto options.


About the job

Our ideal candidate will have a solid options knowledge base and existing group of potential clients or will be eager to develop and cultivate them.


Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in either a client facing institutional crypto sales role or as an option salesperson in tradfi. This is a highly specific role, please do not apply if you do not have the requisite experience.


Responsibilities include:

  • Originate and close new client opportunities focused on hedge funds and institutional segments
  • Contribute to significant client revenue growth

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a crypto sales or business development role.

  • Broad network of institutional clients and ability to sell complex products
  • Team player approach and ability to partner with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing and Operations.
  • Strong passion for cryptocurrency markets and the digital asset ecosystem developments
  • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Crypto experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
