Position: Business development and growth Manager

About this role:

We are seeking an exceptional Business development and Growth Manager to join us in our journey within an incredibly fast-paced web3 space. You will be working alongside a passionate team that is heavily experienced in crypto, big tech, and startups. The ideal candidate will: support Head of Growth with the partnership lifecycle (e.g., keeping track of partnership status, following up on next steps, ensuring deliverables have been delivered, etc); Create business development collateral, including decks, financial models, etc; Assist with marketing, social media, PR, and operational aspects of partnerships; Develop reporting and presentations to communicate key findings to senior management; Work with cross-functional team members to deliver high-value results; Analyze competitive web3 landscape and create takeaways for Head of Growth and senior management.

Qualifications:

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Extremely organized

·Proficiency with workflow management tools like Asana

·Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with navigating ambiguity

·Analytical mindset, with the ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into reporting

·3 - 5 years minimum work experience at a tech company, startup, bank, consulting firm, marketing agency, etc (although we are open to other backgrounds)

• Strong Web3 experience.
