What You’ll Own

  • Command the full enterprise sales cycle for institutional clients—from opening doors to closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives, portfolio managers, trading desks, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through crypto, DeFi, and blockchain adoption.
  • Represent the firm at major industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to refine go-to-market strategy and capture emerging opportunities.
  • Mentor, grow, and scale a world-class institutional sales team, shaping the next generation of leaders.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within crypto, digital assets, blockchain, or fintech.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals with institutional or enterprise clients.
  • Deep network within the crypto, DeFi, or financial services ecosystem.
  • A bold hunter with consultative expertise, capable of opening doors and building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and communication ability, comfortable engaging at board and C-suite level.
