This is not a typical social media role.

We’re not looking for someone who “does content.”

We’re looking for someone who really gets crypto - and knows how to capture moments, shape narratives and translate real-world conversations into high-signal content for a crypto-native audience.

You’ll work directly with our CEO & Co-founders, shaping how we show up in the crypto space - especially among institutional players. If you don’t already understand what people on Crypto argue about, this role will be painful. If you do - this might be one of the most interesting seats in the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Founder branding (core focus)

  • Manage and grow the founder’s presence across X, LinkedIn and emerging formats
  • Capture short-form video, photos and notes during events, meetings and travel
  • Turn live conversations, panels, and market views into timely social content
  • Help define and maintain content pillars aligned with the founder’s thinking
  • Draft posts, threads and talking points in the founder’s voice
  • Actively shadow the founder at conferences, meetups and industry events
Social & content support

  • Support company social channels where relevant
  • Coordinate basic content scheduling and publishing
  • Track what’s performing, what’s not and adjust quickly
  • Stay plugged into crypto X, LinkedIn discourse and market narratives
  • Contribute beyond the core role based on your strengths and interests
WHAT WE EXPECT

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

  • Crypto-native, or deeply familiar with crypto culture and language (CeFi, stablecoins, market structure, trading, infra - retail or B2B is fine)
  • Experience supporting an executive, founder or public-facing individual
  • Extremely comfortable on social media, especially X and LinkedIn
  • Able to capture quick, clean video on a phone (events, walk-and-talks, short clips)
  • Tech-savvy and fast, you pick up tools and workflows quickly
  • Strong written English, with the ability to adapt tone and voice
  • Curious about markets, opinions and why things matter
Nice-to-haves

  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Understanding of market making, trading or institutional crypto (not required, but a plus)
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments

  • A purely scheduled-posts social media job
  • A meme-only or hype role
  • A 9-5 desk-only position
