Full-time · Remote · Seniority Level: Middle/Medium
Experience with Web3 and X: 3 years minimum
Growth Potential: CMO
We're building the economic layer for the Machine Economy. One marketer, maximum leverage. This role owns narrative, content, and distribution — across X, Telegram, Discord, and beyond — with AI doing the heavy lifting on execution.
What you own
01 — Socials
You live on Crypto Twitter. You feel the narrative shifts. You ride waves fast: memes, threads, announcements, and you know how to push a thesis into the conversation when the moment is right. Distribution extends to Telegram groups, investor channels, KOL channels, Discord, and YouTube where relevant. You build and maintain automated reporting on what's moving the needle. You close the loop: if something isn't working, you see it fast and adjust.
02 — Campaigns, Announcements & Co-Announcement Coordination
You own the content calendar. You chase internal teams and external partners for updates, keep the calendar live, and brief the team daily. You coordinate co-announcement processes end-to-end, aligning timelines, copy, and asset delivery with ecosystem partners before anything goes out. Every announcement should be as big as it can be. That instinct: to maximise every moment. You create and run campaigns that directly cater to our strategic goals, connect the dots between recent and previous announcements and get peaq on the radar of all relevant audiences.
03 – Website
You own updates to peaq's website. The CMS is simple and AI handles the heavy lifting. No specialist skills required, you can lean on the creative team. What's required is the judgment to keep the site current, ensure everything is positioned and written to sell, and turn inputs from the team into live updates without things getting stale.
04 — KOL channel distribution
You open new distribution channels and keep KOL and amplification channels briefed and updated. You don't manage relationships at scale — that's handled separately — but you ensure the right content reaches the right channels at the right time.
05 – Digital PR
You work with the founders to own peaq's Digital PR strategy: media outreach, press release drafting and distribution, and external agency or freelancer management where relevant.
Who you are
- Web3 native, years in — You know the ecosystem from the inside: who's who, what clusters exist, where narratives come from.
- Native English, sharp writer — Your copy is clean, punchy, and has a point of view. You write like someone who understands the culture and peaq’s brand.
- AI-obsessed operator — You've already built your own AI workflows. You can show us. You don't talk about automating things — you've done it. You'll come in and extend what we've already built.
- Operationally tight — You can hold a complex content calendar across internal teams and external partners without things slipping. You are organised.
- Technical curiosity, commercial framing — You can digest a technical update and translate it into content that lands with builders, but with an eye on how funds, investors, and retail will read it. You understand token dynamics. You know when a product announcement can ignite speculation and you frame it accordingly.
- Fast and independent — You don't wait for a brief to act on a moment. You can move from signal to published content faster than most teams can schedule a meeting.
Brand and design are handled separately. This role operates with existing visual systems and automation infrastructure which you will leverage. The expectation is that you make both significantly more effective.
