Web3 is a new paradigm

We are looking for a motivated Crypto / Web3 Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, solid understanding of crypto markets, and experience in trading digital assets, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems 

You will be responsible for executing trading strategies, monitoring market conditions, and contributing to the development of systematic and discretionary trading approaches

 

Key Responsibilities

•  Execute trades across crypto spot, futures, and DeFi markets 
•  Monitor market trends, on-chain data, and liquidity flows 
•  Identify trading opportunities based on technical and fundamental analysis 
•  Assist in development and optimization of trading strategies 
•  Manage risk exposure according to internal risk frameworks 
•  Track performance and maintain detailed trade logs 
•  Collaborate with research/quant team on signals and strategy improvements 
•  Stay updated with Web3 ecosystem developments (L2s, DeFi protocols, tokenomics) 

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field 
•  Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and Web3 ecosystem 
•  Experience in trading (crypto, equities, forex, or derivatives preferred) 
•  Knowledge of technical analysis and/or quantitative methods 
•  Familiarity with DeFi protocols, AMMs, liquidity pools, token mechanics 
•  Strong risk management mindset 
•  Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volatility environments 
•  Analytical thinking and decision-making under pressure
