Location
We are a remote-first company, however we require you to be based in The United States OR in The United Kingdom.
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Management Leader to drive net expansion revenue growth, foster strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing AM team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, team leadership, and enterprise sales management, ensuring seamless collaboration across finance, sales, and product teams.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of net expansion revenue growth and meet AM targets
Foster deep relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Create an effective referral strategy & building network effects
Forecast AM trends and predict future revenue growth accurately (annual)

Analyse AM performance and suggest improvements based on data
Team leadership
Take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, and training AM talent.
Better collaboration with ESC to prime solutions before renewal dates
Better product feedback loops, collaboration with Sales to give strong feedback on what needs to be prioritised
Align with finance teams on revenue recognition and reporting

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Enterprise sales process management
Organisation mapping for key accounts, doing education and workshop sessions for new features to prime them to appropriate upsells
Lead complex deal negotiations and manage contract discussions.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams on enterprise agreements.
Structure deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.

Oversee proof of concept (POC) and trial processes with customers along side SSCs.
Requirements
5 years AM experience in a high growth B2B SaaS startup
2 years leadership / management experience
Understanding and passion for crypto and basic accounting concepts

What does an account manager do?
Account managers are responsible for managing relationships with specific clients or customer accounts
