We are looking for a solid candidate in Portugal with experience in Crypto Operations, Marketing and Account Management. Understanding and speaking the local language in Portugal as well as professional English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain a strong long-term relationship and strategic partnership with our IPs in Portugal
    • Liaise with campaigns partners within and outside of Binance on a regular basis to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects 
    • Coordinate with cross-functional international teams within Operations, Marketing and other Binance teams to ensure smooth project execution 
    • Manage and grow strategic marketing campaigns, channel experimentation, acquisition growth
    • Connect with the local community in order to optimize Product, Marketing and Operations strategies
    • Assist in bridging the gap between global team and the local community, in terms of business priorities, languages, cultural understanding
    • Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of marketing and operations  

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • Experience in Crypto and Business Development would be preferred
    • Sports Marketing and Operations experience would be a plus
    • Portuguese native speaker and advanced English proficiency is mandatory
    • Is a football fan and willingness to work collaboratively with local football clubs
    • Strong project management and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
    • Performance driven and adapt to a fast-paced and international working environment
