Tasks

  • Act as a Key Account / Relationship Manager for the Tangany Custody Suite
  • Project management for upcoming large clients
  • Learn the customer needs and help our team in the after-sales process
  • You are the contact person for our active B2B clients
  • Manage the partnerships with our B2B clients and help to define product vision, product strategy, and roadmap
  • Transform customer needs into new product functionalities and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team and our partners
  • Work closely with our engineering team to define the overall functional scope

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration/Finance or relevant and sufficient practical experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • 3+ years Experience as a product manager within the financial service industry
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Knowledge about the blockchain and crypto custody market is a plus
  • Occasional stay in Munich (at our office)

What does an account manager do?

Account managers are responsible for managing relationships with specific clients or customer accounts

Their primary role is to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the products or services they are receiving, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise

In order to effectively manage their accounts, account managers typically perform a variety of tasks, including:
