Bitcoin Depot is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations & Account Manager (Part-Time, Hong Kong) to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a contractor position ideal for a proactive individual who can work independently and effectively manage a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of our business in the region. Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Responsibilities:

Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and contribute to the growth of our client base in Hong Kong. Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining client records, processing invoices, and preparing reports. Site Surveys: Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing client locations to assess suitability, gather technical requirements, and ensure smooth service delivery. Coordination with Service Providers: Liaise with local vendors and service providers (e.g., electricians, internet service providers, landlords) to coordinate installations, maintenance, and resolve any operational issues. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in operations, account management, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid Hong Kong driver's license is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You will need to work a schedule that allows for a few hours of overlap with our US-based team in the EST time zone. This will typically mean ending your workday between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. HKT to collaborate with the team during their morning.
