Web3 Quantitative Analyst
What you will do
- Design and implement token functionality, value flow, and incentive structures that support the sustainable growth of our ecosystem, ensuring balance, scalability, and retention.
- Continuously monitor and refine value flow dynamics within the ecosystem, optimizing for long-term sustainability.
- Develop and enhance incentive systems that motivate and engage platform users and stakeholders.
- Integrate your Web2 experience with our Web3 expertise to pioneer innovative approaches to tokenomics and incentive models.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate risks associated with tokenomics and scenario modeling.
What you bring
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related areas) from a leading academic institution.
- Proven experience in quantitative and financial modeling (e.g. from gaming, finance, trading, or similar industries) .
- Â Strong understanding of economic incentives and concepts (direct vs. indirect incentives, game theory, risk/reward trade-offs, profitability measures, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks), and related concepts.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, startup environment and a willingness to embrace the rapid evolution of the industry.
- Self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning, particularly in emerging technologies and economic models.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages is a plus.
