Compensation: $175K–$250K base plus performance-based bonuses and equity participation

Overview

Canvy Ventures and BLACKPAGE are seeking a Lead Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of a next-generation, tokenized operating system. This system will integrate blockchain technology into our BLACKPAGE ecosystem to manage client onboarding, vertical alignment, project deployment, and client access. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating smart contract frameworks that govern client qualification, milestone tracking, and token-gated access to intelligence and pilot programs. This role requires strong technical blockchain expertise combined with an understanding of venture capital workflows and decentralized governance models.

Position

You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of blockchain systems that enable secure and automated client qualification and commitment tracking through smart contracts and privacy-preserving identity verification tools for BLACKPAGE.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, or decentralized finance strategy.

• Proficient in Solidity, zero-knowledge proof technologies, DAO frameworks, and token economics.

• Experience working with venture funds, DeFi protocols, or intelligence-focused DAOs is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure tools such as Gnosis Safe, Chainlink oracles, zkSync, and Avalanche Subnets.

• Background or interest in aerospace, defense, cybersecurity, or capital markets strongly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
