Who are we looking for:
- Love to build things with lots of LFG energy (lots of bonus points for showing us your hackathon projects)
- are excited by the idea of peeling back the layers of complex technical problems and working on building novel and highly optimised infrastructure
- have good domain knowledge around web3 and defi (bonus points if you’re an MEV-aficionado)
- have with a great command of English and clearly communicate technical concepts
- like to work remotely in a flexible supporting environment
- who lives or is willing to work in European-ish timezones (EMEA : UTC - UTC+4)
- are able to travel freely within Europe (for team weeks / co-working)
- are eager to be the in the first few to join us and be part of the start-up journey
- Highly experienced in building low latency, highly parallelised services using Rust and/or C++ on Linux hosts
- Experienced building highly scalable systems designed to scale to large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies
- Have worked with order book data and understand core concepts of how centralised exchanges handle order flow, match orders, and execute trades
- Well-versed in the use of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying services
- Proven track record of delivering projects with high observability and extremely high reliability
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and mechanics of the EVM
- Experience with web3 and DeFi, including smart contract development and interaction
- Previous experience using Python to build web services or scripting
