We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to develop integrated, cross-channel product and brand campaigns for Magic Eden. This person will be responsible for translating product marketing strategy into a strong go-to-market campaign across social media, editorial, email and other content channels. This person will also be wholly responsible for ongoing content on Magic Eden’s owned channels, as well as the development of new integrated brand campaigns from soup to nuts. Across all product and brand campaigns, this individual will own the growth and health of our social channels, including social media, email, and our blog.
The ideal candidate should be a bold, visionary self-starter with both a creative and analytical mindset. They should have deep experience in consumer content marketing, as well as curiosity for web3 & NFTs, and have a passion for how content can play a role in onboarding a significant number of new users onto Magic Eden.
This is a U.S. based position, although for the right candidate we can accommodate remote work from time zones that are close to US working hours.
Responsibilities

• Serve as key person responsible for managing and executing product marketing campaigns, in partnership with product marketing leads
• Take vision from product marketing team and turn GTM strategy into creative content and messaging ideas, using the right channels and tactics
• Manage dedicated brand-focused campaigns end-to-end, based on certain company-level messages we want to propagate and amplify
• Manage and grow a team of full-time and contractors consisting of social media managers, writers, designers, and videographers, ensuring productivity of extended team, budget, and ROI
• Oversee health of our social channels, including social media, email, and our blog, using data and insights to optimize channel engagement and growth
• Rely primarily on the power of organic marketing on owned and partner channels, suggesting creative ways to hack organic growth on areas across channels

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience owning integrated marketing and digital content strategy, with a focus on consumer brands and technology
• Demonstrated experience with launching creative content campaigns across both startup and corporate environments
• Excellent track record of managing a team, including contractors and agencies
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including product marketing, communications, business development, and product management
• Strong analytical chops and fluency with using marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance
• Creative storytelling skills, and the ability to create clear and compelling narratives
• Self starter attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and own a project end to end
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of NFTs / web3 a huge plus

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The base salary range for this role is $130,000-170,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
