👋 The Role

As a Business Operations & Strategy Intern / Working Student at 21bitcoin, your mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Bitcoin business. You will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality AFC operations, safeguarding customer funds, and enhancing the customer experience. You will also identify new business opportunities, conduct analysis for reporting, and manage the onboarding and offboarding of affiliate partners. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the Bitcoin ecosystem and contribute to our fast-paced, growing company.

Aufgaben

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including strategy and operations, to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment on goals.
• Customer Success & Process Improvement: Deliver excellent customer support, monitor service quality, and implement improvements for a seamless customer experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather and analyze data to support strategic decision-making, identify new business opportunities, and build business cases.
• Hands-On Operational Management: Assist in managing affiliate partner onboarding/offboarding, monitor transactions, and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Qualifikation

• Must be located within ±2 hours of CET timezone

• Being based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Salzburg, or Vienna is a significant advantage (relocation assistance available)

• Internship: Minimum of 3 months with 40h / week
