Your mission

As Lead Trader, your mission will be to build-up, pioneer and enhance our trading desk's capabilities, provide the highest standards in best execution in low and high touch OTC orders, optimize the risk-adjusted hedging PnL, define, extend, and maintain a competitive asset offering, and comply with MIFID II and MICAR regulations.

What you’ll do

  • Executing low and high touch OTC trades according to "best execution principles"
  • Hedging PnL ownership and steering and parametrisation of the hedging algorithm for defined hedging books
  • Proactively shape our traderdesk capabilities through initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Define, extend and maintain our asset offering
  • Overseeing execution policies, quality and ensure the highest standards to the satisfaction of our clients

Who you are

  • Profound experience in trading (crypto is a plus, ideally in multiple asset classes)
  • Strong understanding of trading economics (risk-adjusted decisions, liquidity, low-latency trading, slippage, spread/liquidity capturing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability in effective risk management and adherence to risk limits
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trading regulations and compliance standards (MIFID II, MICAR)
  • Doer with capability to work with multiple variables in different dimensions (Engineering, regulation, legal, risk, liquidity, accounting)
