- Oversee the design, configuration, and administration of the company's LTI compensation plan, including managing the 3rd party stock plan administrator and recordkeeper.
- Manage the relationship with our third party LTI plan administrator including: equity/cash transactions, platform maintenance/enhancements, participant communications, data integrity, etc.
- Prepare compensation recommendations for executives which includes evaluating senior roles relative to the external market and assessing internal functional relationships.
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with country applicable laws and regulations; stay abreast of evolving thinking of governmental entities in anticipation of future changes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and executive leadership to evaluate and structure compensation programs.
- Provide day to day compensation support to Talent Acquisition for global hires and trasnfers
- Lead all global benchmarking and leveling of employees and executives to ensure consistency while maintaining internal and external equity.
- Model compensation incentives and scenarios based on business objectives and financial forecasts.
- 7+ year’s experience in Compensation including Stock Plan Administration, LTI Design, Executive Compensation, and Broad Based Compensation
- Familiarity with global compensation and administration
- Strong analytical and financial reporting and MS Excel skills (if statements, vlook-ups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Effective problem solving with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, time sensitive deadlines and anticipate timing needs that will impact compensation deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality, tact and sound judgment
- Global compensation experience
- CCP or equivalent certification
- Experience working with teams across offices and time zones.
