Blockchain Crypto Jobs in Web3

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our client who is a newly set-up crypto exchange base in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategy, with a focus on enhancing brand presence in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space.

What You Will Do

• Manage and grow online communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter
• Plan and execute engaging online events (e.g., AMAs, webinars, contests) to boost community participation and user retention
• Develop and implement community growth strategies in collaboration with the team to foster an open, inclusive, and positive community atmosphere
• Actively engage with community members, address user inquiries, and handle feedback to maintain a positive community image
• Create and share compelling content to facilitate interaction and communication among community members
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and other teams to ensure community activities align with overall brand and marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyze community metrics (e.g., user growth, engagement rate, retention rate), provide regular performance reports, and suggest optimizations
• Track industry trends and competitor community performance to inform community strategies
• Swiftly identify and address potential risks and issues within the community, including negative comments, user complaints, or community disputes
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage community crises when necessary and implement proactive measures to protect brand reputation

What You Will Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sectors
• Proficiency in operating social media and community platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Twitter)
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive strategy optimization based on data
• Creative and proactive mindset, capable of independently developing and executing community growth strategies
• Problem-solving ability and strong teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
