You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the Web3 and NFT space, supporting the Strategy Lead and playing a key role in driving the growth and success of our clients and their fungible tokens. You will research, analysis and develop innovative token launch strategies, provide guidance on ecosystem development, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution

The Role:

* Reporting to the strategy associate & lead

* With the help of a highly skilled team you will develop token launch strategies, consult on ecosystem development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution.

* Participate in client workshops aimed at comprehending business objectives, primary stakeholders, user incentives, token distribution dynamics, and optimal economy design

* Working alongside a token design lead and support busy data analysts and strategy associates

* Create and refine clients’ long-term strategic roadmaps.

* Fully remote working predominantly within an EST time zone.

The person:

* Must have in depth knowledge of Web3 and NFT’s (Fungible token)

* Must have some ‘go to market’ research strategy experience.

* Must have a strong understanding of Web3 and its many applications (fungible tokens, NFTs, other blockchain)

* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Must be happy to work in a fast pasted and ambitious / entrepreneurial environment.

* Happy to support an EST time zone remotely
