This role is a combination of technical product management, user experience, operational, and project management. You should preferably have Payment/Fintech knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project implementation support and technical solution support to the team.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs, ensuring delivery of commitments.
- Set up meetings with tech/developers to discuss operational and technical requirements for the new projects.
- Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, production rollout and change requests, as well as support new initiatives.
- Communicate and implement business rules, technical specifications and risk management rules.
- Collect suggestions from members on business rules, technical specifications, customer feedback resolution and risk management.
- Work on market research and information collection tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team.
- Working experience with at least 3-5 years in Fintech/E-commerce.
