About bemo: bemo is at the forefront of DeFi development on the TON blockchain. We began with a liquid staking app and are expanding our product range. We aim to bring efficiency, utility, and innovation to TON investors, especially those in the institutional sphere.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Blockchain Technologies and Cryptocurrencies:

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralization, cryptocurrencies, including staking and DeFi.
• Familiarity with the TON ecosystem is a significant plus.

2. Management Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in C-level executive roles, preferably in startups or technology companies.
• Proven track record of business development, scaling operations, and managing teams and projects.

3. Strategic Thinking and Vision:

• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for company growth and development.
• Experience in creating and launching innovative products and solutions in the market.

4. Institutional Staking Development:

• Experience working with funds and regulated investors.
• Capability to build a staking business that meets industry standards for security and service.

5. Retail Staking Promotion through Gamification:

• Experience working with partners specializing in gamification (e.g., Animoca).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships.

6. Leadership and Team Management:

• Ability to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Experience in building and managing high-performance teams.

7. High Proficiency in English:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for two key areas:

1. Institutional Staking: Develop and strengthen relationships with funds and regulated investors, build a secure and high-quality staking business.
2. Retail Staking Promotion through Gamification: Collaborate with gamification partners and build strategic partnerships.

• Analyze and create roadmaps for each area.
• Secure necessary resources for strategy implementation.
• Ensure the achievement of set goals and effective task execution.
• Lead business development and provide strategic management of the company as a whole.
