Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy.
• Initiate, specify, and manage functional requirements for BTC Ecosystem, Inscription and NFT related features, enhancements and bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, customer support, and operations to achieve product objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 applications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations that pertain to our operating industries.
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience.
• Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 product design, and digital asset market trends.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles for providing an exceptional user experience.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; multiple language skills would be a bonus.
