Come Build the Future with Us now!   About the Opportunity What You’ll Be Doing 

Understanding core needs and sourcing for potential banking partners for OKX's global centralised exchange products and services. Build and maintain new/existing relationships with a network of banking partners, under a team of Banking Partnership Directors across the globe. Support the team with administrative needs end-to-end during the scoping, onboarding, application, and operational readiness processes. Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Legal/Compliance, Product, Finance, Local Markets, etc) to gather information relevant to forging banking/payment partnerships.

What We Look For In You 

Ideally 2 years of professional experience in the banking industry, in relationship management, account opening or similar fields.

Understanding of payments and banking in the Web3 vertical is a bonus.

Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders and manage projects across cross-functional teams.

Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills.

Should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment.

Profound understanding and insights into the banking industry and its relevant regulations, typical processes and controls.
