About the Team

C14 is a venture backed start-up that is revolutionizing the way the world interacts with cryptocurrency. Most crypto assets remain inaccessible to most consumers, and C14 is changing that. Our job is to build a bridge between the rapidly changing digital asset ecosystem and the traditional financial institutions that power the world’s payments. We are working to democratize access to some of the most innovative and exciting blockchain projects.

We are building a seamless application layer that allows users to access the “long-tail” of digital assets that are currently only available to crypto-natives. Our founding team has years of experience at some of the leading crypto firms, and we’ve successfully stood up a number of different ramps globally. We are looking for a seasoned product manager to round out our team and give structure to our product offering.

About the Role

This role is central to C14’s development, helping bridge our business needs with development resources:

• Product Strategy - You will own the product roadmap, setting quarterly goals that track tangible milestones aligned with our overall mission.
• Product Execution - You will help us translate business requirements into user journeys and technical specs that our engineering team can build out.
• Workflow management - Crypto is moving rapidly, and our team needs to be able to reliably ship product that makes an immediate market impact.
• Lead, manage, train - Our team is only going to grow, and we’re looking for a product manager who wants to help lead. Whether you are a seasoned manager or looking to step into your first management role, we want to talk!
• KPIs and Success Management - We need to continually iterate on our product, which means we need you to help us define the KPIs that will challenge us to grow.

Background

• Experience in payment rails, especially with credit and debit card processing.
• Familiarity and interest in crypto – this role will have you working directly with some of the world’s leading protocols and projects!
• Experience working “hands-on” with engineering talent – we’re looking for a Product Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Experience with team building. We’re a young, growing company with a “skys-the-limit” mindset – we’ll need your help building and shaping both our product and engineering teams!
