Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects (scope, objectives, deliverables) with stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration and productivity.

  • Manage client relationships (inquiries, expectations, updates).

  • Create and manage project timelines, meeting milestones and deadlines.

  • Manage changes to scope and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

  • Monitor project performance against and take corrective actions.


Requirements:

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to confidently interact and build rapport at all levels, including with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

  • Be high-agency, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating and able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior leadership, clients, and the communities in which we operate.

  • Prior experience with the following is a plus: Cryptography, Blockchain, Consulting Services, Service Delivery, MSA and SOW Contracts, Open Source Development, Infrastructure or Validation Services, or Resource Planning.
