Role Description: CEO (Contract Equity Partner)

This is a contract CEO role with Equity Partnership potential at WristKey Global Solutions. The CEO will lead the company’s financial health, strategic planning, operational execution, global business development, and revenue-driving initiatives. This includes overseeing product launches, managing strategic partnerships, coordinating with tech and marketing teams, and shaping company vision at the highest level.

This hybrid role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexible remote work options.

Equity Partnership and Expectations

After a two-week trial period, the selected CEO will be offered:

• 8% equity ownership

• Token allocation in our proprietary ecosystem for executive team members

• Access to our network of 30+ global partners

• Guaranteed salaried position post-fundraise

• Performance-based bonus and token incentives available based on fundraising milestones and company growth

Please note:

WristKey Global is currently bootstrapped. Our immediate focus is to secure strategic funding through investor engagement, sponsorships, and partnership scaling. We intend to launch with or without a raise, but the ideal CEO must be prepared to work in a high-intensity startup environment with a proactive mindset.

Example Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively operate as the company’s leader across all verticals

• Coordinate and onboard executive members and advisors

• Organize and lead internal community management (Telegram, Discord, etc.)

• Create and execute fundraising strategies and investor outreach

• Develop sponsorship pipelines and event opportunities

• Lead planning for global and local IRL/virtual events

• Maintain alignment between tech development, business ops, and ecosystem goals

• Work with developers to understand progress, help align roadmap with company strategy

• Develop strategic documentation and internal systems for team and stakeholder operations

• Represent WristKey Global in key meetings, conferences, and investor presentations

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning experience

• Demonstrated success in Operations Management and Strategic Planning

• Proven experience in raising capital or revenue development

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to remote collaboration

• Background in tech, fintech, or blockchain/Web3 preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus

• Passion for decentralized technologies and Web3 innovation is highly preferred
