We are looking for an experienced and motivated Backend developer to join our team and contribute to the growth of the TON ecosystem.
Responsibilities and Goals
You will work in a startup environment with high individual responsibility and freedom to work remotely, being responsible for the development of the backend services that implement various web-3 integrations, serve client-side applications, and provide API for TON Society partners:
- Playing a major role in all stages of development: from design to launch
- Building new features from scratch and supporting existing ones
Qualifications
- Highly skilled in Go (3+ years of professional experience)
- Thorough understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis
- Profound experience with distributed task queues
- Experience with backend scaling techniques and load testing
- Experience with GCP or any other cloud provider, Terraform, and CI/CD tools are highly desirable
- Knowledge of k8s and Helm is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, i.e., Grafana and Sentry
- Practical knowledge of basic blockchain data structures, e.g., hashing, Merkle trees, etc.
- Experience in development on TON blockchain is a plus
- B1+ English level (we use English in task management tools and to write all the documentation)

A blockchain developer is a software developer who specializes in the development of applications that make use of blockchain technology
Some of the responsibilities of a blockchain developer may include:
- Designing and implementing smart contracts.
- Creating and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the blockchain network, and developing user-facing applications that make use of the blockchain.
- Additionally, a blockchain developer may also be responsible for researching and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, in order to ensure that their applications are secure and efficient.
