We are currently a small Squad of six building a set of coordination and DAO tools on Solana and are looking to expand the team. If you believe that DAOs are the future of work and that coordination on web3 needs better tools and products we will definitely get along. Our roadmap in the next 6 months is about:

  • team coordination and treasury management
  • subDAOs / DAO working groups set up and management
  • NFT based governance

Squads is looking for a Head of BD to assist us with bringing new growth opportunities, establishing new relationships and managing existing ones. The reach of our tools is wide and ranges from protocols and NFT communities to teams building on Solana and investment clubs, therefore we expect a lot of partnerships to be forged in the near term. We are offering a mix of monthly compensation and a token grant.

Requirements are as follows:

  • communication and writing skills
  • +2 years of experience
  • knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its key players
  • Twitter presence
  • ability to work full-time
  • readiness to work remote
  • structured and systematic approach to tasks
  • passion for web3
  • knowledge of governance landscapes (tools, main DAOs, recurring problems) of Sol and Eth ecosystems would be a huge +
