Company Overview: Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital allocators, is seeking a full-time Business Development professional. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software at the intersection of machine intelligence and emerging crypto-native technologies.   Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead fundraising efforts for Dialectic’s funds and onchain strategies across the U.S. market. This role requires deep DeFi expertise, a strong network of high-potential fund investors, and a demonstrated ability to close high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving fundraising initiatives while actively leveraging novel AI tools to maximize efficiency and impact.   Key Responsibilities:   AUM growth strategy

Drive outbound sales of Dialectic’s funds and onchain strategies to institutional allocators across Family Offices, RIA, Treasuries / Foundations, Funds of Funds and US Wealth Managers. Monitor AUM metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize growth tactics and address potential barriers to capital inflow. Build and leverage existing relationships with institutional players to onboard large-scale liquidity. Represent the company at major events to build brand presence and source new opportunities. Automate everyday work and projects using novel AI tools.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in institutional sales or other capital formation roles for a top-tier cryptocurrency fund, either as a manager or individual contributor. Established network of high-potential partners that could be accretive to Dialectic’s yield strategies and/or investor base. Proven ability to source, diligence, and close high-value partnerships. Sophisticated knowledge of DeFi protocols, crypto ecosystems, and emerging trends in the crypto space. Strong ability to work autonomously, think independently and to be responsible for achieving the desired results while also contributing to the success of projects shared by the wider team. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage high-value relationships with key external stakeholders. Expertise and ongoing usage of novel AI tools to leverage and automate your work. Integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and forthright communication. We are a team of open-minded intellectuals who utilize a dialectical approach to arrive at what is true. Fluency in English.

  Nice-to-haves:

Prior experience in traditional asset management. Proven ability to describe DeFi and other digital asset investment concepts clearly to those with either no or limited crypto/blockchain expertise. Demonstrated expertise in growth hacking to optimize and expand sales funnels using AI tools. Strong social media reach on industry native platforms.  Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Data-science, coding, cryptography, or a technical background is considered an asset.
