- Track regulatory developments (e.g., GENIUS Act, MiCA, global frameworks) and summarize GTM implications
- Support market sizing, partner prioritization, and corridor-level analysis (US, LATAM, EU, APAC)
Data, Pricing & Commercials
- Build and maintain lightweight models (AUM, volume, bps-based pricing, incentives)
- Support preparation of commercial structures and internal deal memos
- Assist with tracking KPIs tied to issuance, distribution, and partner activity
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support deal execution
- Help ensure GTM initiatives are aligned with regulatory and operational constraints
- Support internal documentation and GTM playbooks
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or a high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure
- Comfort with basic financial modeling or spreadsheet analysis
- Prior exposure to crypto, stablecoins, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Familiarity with financial markets and related infrastructure
- Experience supporting BD, partnerships, or GTM teams
What You'll Get
- Direct mentorship and daily exposure to senior-level GTM and BD execution
- Front-row seat to institutional stablecoin adoption and large-scale partnerships
