What you'll do

    • Identify and secure new international payment partners (banks, remittance companies, PSPs, wallets, etc.) to support cross-border remittance and payout services.
    • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, including commercial negotiations, onboarding, legal reviews, and operational alignment.
    • Collaborate with compliance, legal, product, and tech teams to support regulatory requirements and seamless integration of partners.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new corridors or international products, aligned with user demand and market trends.
    • Monitor the performance of international payment partners and optimize commercial terms, service levels, and user experience.
    • Stay on top of global trends in fintech, remittances, and international money movement to inform product and partnership strategies.
    • Represent the company in key industry events and forums related to payments and remittances.

What we expect from you

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, international partnerships, or remittances, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments.
    • Deep understanding of international payment networks, cross-border regulations, FX, and digital wallets.
    • A strong network of contacts in the international remittance or PSP (payment service provider) space is a major advantage.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition efforts.
    • Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
    • Can speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
