Today, we play an important role in the development of some of the largest and most innovative crypto communities. What You'll Do:

Manage Jump Crypto’s CeFi exchange relationships in conjunction with other parts of the team including technology, operations, and trading. Pursue new partnerships, build new revenue streams, and ensure that Jump Crypto remains at the forefront of electronic trading in spot and derivatives markets. Work directly with traders and engineers to improve trading performance and optimize processes across multiple exchanges. Manage new business initiatives from ideation to execution. Support Jump Crypto's trading effort with analysis, project management, and day-to-day operations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy decisions. Liaise with third parties to support the team's exchange management efforts. Other duties as assigned.

  Skills You’ll Need:

Established relationships with exchanges, institutions, and protocols in the crypto space. 3+ yrs of strong sales & relationship management experience, preferably in a crypto-focused role. Strong understanding of trading technology and crypto market structure. An excellent communicator across both written and verbal channels, and ability to effectively convey technical concepts clearly to the appropriate audience. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
