Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in improving development workflow and developer experience. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, besides ensuring the smoothness of our daily operating process, you will be a part of CH Resource to improve the automation infrastructure of the team.

What will you do

• Make sure the operation aspect of the system runs smoothly.

• Improving the infrastructure automation
• Design, implement, and maintain a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure platform.
• Work with other infrastructure teams and DevOps to understand CI/CD process and integrate automation security solutions into the development process.
• Analyzing and collecting data/metadata from cloud systems (IAM, VPC, Cloudaudit log…) to determine cloud systems' abnormal behavior/traffic.
• Develop, optimize, and automate the build and deployment processes for the provisioning application, using security and cloud best practices.
• Secured containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters (Vulnerability, Hardening, Network Policies).
• Reviewing and addressing cyber-security issues as well as proposing security solutions and architecture.
• Performing research to stay abreast of new technologies and security vulnerabilities preferably in a distributed, cloud, or micro-service environment.
• Other automation activities and other tasks as assigned.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering environment.
• 3+ years of experience in building/improving Infrastructure Automation
• Have experience in AWS or GCP
• Have experience in Database management
• A strong mindset of Security
• Knowledge about Computer Security, Application Security, and Security Standards & Best Practices.
• Ability to debug and analyze problems quickly.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, working independently and in a team. Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively.
• Ability to multitask and retain high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining highly intensive RDBMS.
• Familiar with the following tools: Jira, Jira Service Desk, PagerDuty, NewRelic, Terraform, Ansible, Vault...
• Hands-on experience in networking, system administration, monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance in on-premise or cloud environments.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, RESTful.
• Have experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain
• Able to communicate in English.
• Be able to learn new skills and adopt tools quickly
• “Bias towards action” attitude

Nice to have

• Have experience in managing On-premise service
• Have experience with application containerization and orchestrator such as Kubernetes etc.
• Experience with CI/CD processes using self-managed tools or relevant cloud technologies (e.g Jenkins, CircleCI, Drone, GoCD, etc).
• Have experience in Database infrastructure.
