Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager to join the STON.fi DEX team. This role is pivotal in transforming our online presence into an active and vibrant community hub. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering meaningful conversations, encouraging member interactions, and crafting compelling posts to engage our audience across multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a community activation strategy for platforms including Telegram, X, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, threads, discussions) tailored to each platform, focusing on both informative updates and interactive communication.
  • Foster a lively community by initiating discussions, hosting events, and encouraging member interaction.
  • Plan and moderate community activities, such as AMAs, contests, polls, and topic-specific discussions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and crypto enthusiasts.
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate community feedback, questions, and issues as necessary.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on growth, participation, and sentiment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and community goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ community-building strategies to innovate and refine our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management and social media for tech, crypto, or blockchain projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their dynamics, including Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Creativity and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse crypto audiences.
  • Track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities.
  • Knowledge of crypto and DeFi ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing engagement metrics and community sentiment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
