Position Overview:
The Aptos Foundation is seeking a diligent, proactive Community Lead to support our Head of Community. This role is instrumental in tracking and analyzing community metrics, facilitating effective communication and events, and ensuring that our community objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
This role sits on the Aptos Foundation and the location of this role is Remote Global, where they can sit anywhere in the world minus the USA.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends.
Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights.
Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers (CMs) to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events.
Keep our organizational tool, Notion, current with all upcoming events and announcements.
Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance and direction efficiently.
Track and report on community OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align with overall organizational goals.
Work closely with our Aptos Collective manager by tracking ambassador engagement and related metrics, then using this data to provide weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in community management, operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data tracking and report generation.
Proficient in using tools like Notion for organizational management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
Highly proactive and able to identify new opportunities for improvement without being prompted.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Experience with community engagement in a tech or startup environment.
