Community Manager
Responsibilities
- Act as the community representative and maintain a strong presence on Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and Facebook
- Collect and relay community feedback to internal teams, ensuring that community concerns and suggestions are heard
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteer community moderators to ensure a positive and welcoming community environment
- Work closely with different departments to create engaging community-related content
- Foster community growth and increase engagement levels through strategic initiatives
- Monitor community sentiment and proactively address any negative feedback or issues
- Collaborate with Ambassadors in the Ambassador Program to amplify community efforts
- Analyze community data, create reports and provide insights to drive decision-making and enhance community initiatives
- Organize and host community events as needed
- Be engaging, upbeat, and positive in all community interactions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management or moderation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in managing communities on Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and Facebook
- Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and understanding of blockchain technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
