Head of Growth & Community
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with Spectral’s vision of the Inference Economy and Verifiable Machine Intelligence.
- Actively manage and moderate the Spectral’s Forum, ensuring it’s a hub for vibrant discussions and resource sharing for different community personas.
- Engage with key stakeholders on our official social media channels, such as Twitter, Linkedin, Discord, Reddit, and YouTube, fostering a sense of belonging and active participation.
- Oversee social media content creation across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and other community materials.
- Drive community initiatives that cater specifically to the needs and interests of challenge creators, modelers, and consumers within the Spectral ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create innovative community engagement solutions and ensure community feedback is integrated into product development.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to maintain a unified approach to community growth, implement creative growth hacking strategies and organize online and offline community events for enhanced outreach.
- Stay abreast of global AI/ML and Web3 trends, ensuring Spectral remains at the forefront of industry developments through co-marketing opportunities.
- Facilitate a strategic community development plan, including metrics to measure engagement and growth continuously. Manage community data, providing insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Oversee all community documentation, ensuring it’s up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Refine community onboarding and offboarding processes for an optimal community member experience in Discord and beyond.
- Address and escalate community issues proactively, maintaining Spectral as a trusted space.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Community Management and Growth Hacking strategies with a track record in scaling community programs.
- Proven experience in Community Management within the Data Science (AI/ML) and/or Web3 ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in growing online communities from inception.
- Familiarity with Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Substack, YouTube, and Podcasting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to distill complex technical subjects for a broad audience.
- Agility in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to rapid changes and delivering quality under pressure.
- Keen interest in Data Science, AI/ML, zkML, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying long-term opportunities and trends.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
