The Role
We're looking for a community and social media manager to join the QuickNode marketing team. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of QuickNode's digital engagements across various social platforms, communities, and audiences. You will work closely with partners from Marketing, Product, Ecosystem, and more to create and develop impactful relationships within the web3 world.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic paid and organic social strategies and initiatives that impact QuickNode's business objectives through measurable outcomes
- Own and grow digital community engagement across various platforms, including Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit
- Continually build and improve QuickNode's digital presence within all relevant communications about web3, blockchain, dApps, NFTs, etc
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to enhance QuickNode's exposure, adoption, and success on all releases and announcements
- Manage the day-to-day customer conversations on Twitter and Discord
- Generate creative ideas to differentiate our presence in social
- 2 - 4+ years of marketing, social, community, and communications experience working within a fast-paced startup environment–preferable SaaS or B2B
- Proven experience building and scaling advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Strong ability to develop and integrate campaigns and community roadmap into overall marketing and cross-functional goals
- Exception writing, communication, and storytelling skills to help drive internal and external user-first community narrative with every campaign to ensure increased momentum, ease of use, and enhanced user understanding
- Bonus points if you are passionate about blockchain technologies and web3

- Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
- Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
- Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
