Community Manager(Hong Kong)
Responsibilities
- Managing our Brand: Serve as the local representative and ambassador of our brand in your home country, actively promoting our platform and increasing user adoption and trading activity.
- Partnership Identification: Think creatively and proactively identify partnership opportunities with relevant businesses, including main net foundations, web3 communities, and other entities that can help drive user growth and platform adoption in your region.
- Affiliate and KOL Management: Recruit, negotiate with, and manage affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive awareness of our brand and generate user growth. Collaborate with these partners to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to your region.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Utilize your strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community members in your country. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support related to our platform.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently towards surpassing them. Utilize your sales skills and experience to drive revenue growth, increase trading volume, and expand our user base within your assigned country.
- Offline and Online Engagement: Actively engage in both online and in-person activities to promote our brand, including attending industry events, conferences, meetups, and webinars. Build relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and potential users through various channels to drive organic growth.
- Data-driven Approach: Utilize a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging available analytics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and opportunities for growth in your country. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Abreast of Crypto Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Share relevant insights and knowledge with the team to enhance our competitive positioning and adapt to market changes effectively. Proactively seek learning opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless user experience and align regional strategies with the overall company objectives.
- Compliance and Ethical Standards: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrency and financial services. Uphold high ethical standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
What we want you to have
- 1+ years of experience in Crypto / Web3
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bulats certification or equivalent (Demonstrates strong English proficiency)
- Data-driven approach to problem solving
- A strong mind that can handle rejection
- A love of web3 - you must believe in the future we are building
- Great at making connections quickly and managing professional relationships
- Can show us that you have previously worked towards and beaten sales targets

- A Bachelor’s degree
