About the role
The Curated is looking for a Head of Community Growth who knows how to make the community rock. You should be able to identify opportunities for funneling new community members, create clever, pragmatic strategies to increase community interest and involvement, and facilitate smooth community management in various channels (including Discord). While the role will be strategic, we are initially looking for somebody who is happy to get their hands dirty and do the work themselves.
As a Head of Community Growth, your work may include (but is not limited to):
- Set up seamless 24h moderation of public channels
- Develop and execute strategies for sourcing community newcomers
- Optimize funnels for new community members with the product team
- Run covert and overt growth hacking marketing campaigns to grow the community
- Organize joint events/campaigns with relevant communities over Discord and other platforms
- Create engaging content to be shared across community channels
- Coordinate the content plan with SMM colleagues
- Organize periodic content posting (announcements, updates, special projects, etc)
- Maintain community interest and involvement
- Track, analyze, and optimize growth activities
About you
- You’re intrinsically interested in Web3 (crypto, NFTs and DAOs, etc)
- You have 1-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in a similar role
- You developed strong skills in defining an appropriate tone of voice for the content
- You obtained a growth hacking mindset and motivation to constant experimentation
- You’re happy and effective working in a remote team
- You have prior domain experience or a secret weapon that will help you in the role:
- Formal digital marketing training
- Early employee or founder of a previous startup
- Examples of past growth hacking
- Video and graphics production skills
- Prior community management experience
- Experience in PR and Media
- You have a large social media following
- Dangerously good dance moves
Compensation
- TBD Competitive Base Salary
- TBD Upside (a fat stack of tokens under your mattress)
- Whatever gear you need (laptop, headphones, etc)
- Awesome team and inspiring, fast-paced startup culture around
Why The Curated?

We’re building a buttery smooth product for an emergent digital art market that has been sorely lacking beautiful tools for cataloging and curating. We REALLY care about UX and making a silky and stunning piece of software. [Give it a test](http://thecurated.app/), and you’ll see what I mean.
🚀 Influencing the entire Industry
We are building a product that never existed before in any form, and it is shaping up the entire digital art space (seriously). The Curated will make it more researched, better structured, and more accessible. You can facilitate a paradigm shift!
🌏 Remote First
We are a small team (15~) with people all over the world (Barcelona, Hong Kong, Lisbon, New York, and other beautiful cities). That means we will always be remote first, you can work anywhere, forever.
