Overview:

We are looking for a driven Community Manager to interact with, assist, and attract members to our virtual communities. Blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT experience/knowledge are required for this position.

You should have an expert-level understanding of how each digital community platform works and how to increase engagement on those channels. You are responsible for driving relevant conversations on behalf of our brand and providing support to current and prospective users. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive growth and assist in the implementation of social campaigns that align with upcoming product launches and other company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow multiple community groups
  • Set community growth and engagement goals. Track performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboards, focusing on engagement
  • Build and execute social strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Monitor and report on social sentiment on a monthly basis. Tasks may include: competitor analysis, surfacing relevant news/trends to the team, escalating potential crises, and sharing major complaints that warrant a response.
  • Manage and grow multiple social media channels and community groups (5+)
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Communicate and respond to community requests and questions
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each platform
  • Monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, BD, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Implement new technologies across communities to improve performance

Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience in blockchain community management
  • Advanced understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
  • Ability to grow and develop digital communities
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to monitor community activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company's online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
  • Demonstrable analytics tools knowledge and understanding of community growth KPIs and metrics
  • Expert knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellency in English. Multi-lingual preferred

  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
