The ideal candidate for this position must have exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engagement protocols within the members of the BreederDAO community. You must possess great customer service skills, with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community through different platforms. This individual must build extensive knowledge on BreederDAO - it’s vision, ecosystem of products, $BREED, the DAO, roadmap, financials, among others, and be able to effectively communicate this with the DAO and the community. Must be a tech-savvy professional and experienced in social media and web3.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and structured manner
  • Growing the community
  • Interact and engage the community
  • Building the culture of the community
  • Monitor and report on feedback, pulse of the community, and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with different teams in order to answer queries of the community and deliver the brand story
  • Conduct, oversee, and operate a portion of BreederDAO’s social accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology & Web3 trends
  • Generate both organic & supplementary engagement towards BreederDAO’s posts and announcements
  • Provide engagement initiatives within BreederDAO’s social channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against community sentiment
  • Has experience or is knowledgeable in Web3
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
