You will be joining the leading innovator in the metaverse since 2018 who are known for developing and curating some of the largest projects globally. As well they are known for assisting with ICO's. This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Community Manager to join one of the largest owners of digital land and inevitably contribute to the future of NFT's and the Metaverse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing community strategies.
- Write How-to guides, FAQs, and other user documentation
- Assisting with other projects and events outside of their own.
- Being part of community support projects.
- Identifying growth hacking strategies to reach and increase the size of the community.
- Providing regular reports and insight to the wider marketing team.
- Support customers with their questions, queries and issues on Customer Support Team channels
Must have skills and attributes:
- 3+ years of Community management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the metaverse and NFT's

- Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
