About TKKR
TKKR is a platform which is merging the world of high-end physical luxury collectibles with the burgeoning digital collectible space. We are taking custody of physical luxury collectibles, securely storing them, creating a digital duplicate of the collectible then minting into an NFT. This will allow collectors to own their collectibles in the digital world while ensuring the value, scarcity, and authenticity of our collectibles.
We are looking for a community manager who can take the lead in building and shaping our community of collecting enthusiasts across all platforms - web, Social, Discord, email, even directly communicating with some community members.
As community manager, you will -
Work with the founding team to define TKKRâs NFT Community Engagement strategy, voice, and playbook across channels
Be one of the most visible faces of TKKR
Cultivate a high end collector community
Organize and coordinate online community events such monthly community calls, Twitter spaces, and AMAs.
Liaise when appropriate with press, influencers, blogs, and other outlets in the community

Create content and distribute across appropriate channels
Includes writing emails, blog posts, tweets, etc
Work with our creative production team to create strategy for content as well as build out briefs for specific assets
Be plugged into the collectibles world, keep on top of major market events, and relay relevant information out to our community
Identify, build and cultivate key relationships with members of our community and source actionable insights back to eng/product/partnerships teams.
Required for this role -
Prior experience in a Community Management or Social Media role

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Bonus points for additional languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Comfort working extensively on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and Discord

A passion for crypto, a foundational understanding of crypto technology, and the state of the crypto ecosystem
Donât have to know super technical details, but must have working knowledge and able to speak to how blockchain systems work
Experience writing email newsletters, blog posts, tweets, web copy, etc
Ability to keep up to date on latest news in the blockchain, technology, and luxury collectibles spaces
Team Player with high levels of empathy, EQ, and problem solving
Extra Credit
Experience interacting in crypto communities - bonus points for actively participating in various NFT communities
Knowledge of high-end collectibles markets - watches, art, wine, rare books, vintage cars, etc
Experience and comfort working directly with high net worth collectors

- Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
- Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
