Blockchain Community Communications Manager

Blockchain Community and Communications Manager will play a key role in leading LOA Lab’s outward-facing communications, public relations, and engagement with the better world blockchain community along with direct support for key projects and clients. Specific attention will be focused on the growth and development of the Regen Network ecosystem. Regen Network, a platform for a thriving planet, is a deep partner with a growing worldwide project and team. Supporting their growth and development is a priority for LOA Labs. Further, LOA Labs is deeply involved with the Cosmos ecosystem and its overall growth and development.


Key responsibilities include:

  • General marketing and communications support including content development for newsletters, social media, blogs, and websites of blockchain partners
  • Development and execution of public awareness campaigns for key partner initiatives
  • Supporting client community building through the Community forums, social media, virtual and livestream events.
  • Light graphic design
  • Support for LOA Labs / LOACOM own external blockchain communications
  • Support for LOA Labs / LOACOM Validator communications
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the LOA Labs blockchain ecosystem, with a view to improving communication, coordination, and cooperation.
  • Working with the LOA Labs leadership to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with relevant organizations in the Regen Network and Cosmos ecosystems

The ideal candidate will possess the following personal attributes, skills, and experience:

  • Passion for LOA Labs’ values and mission (required!).
  • Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Direct experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain and validators, particularly within Cosmos and proof of stake networks.
  • Demonstrable experience of fulfilling some of the responsibilities listed above.

Compensation: DOE plus benefits above for full-time hire.

Location: Remote or in Santa Barbara, California region where our office is located.

Timezone: PST or EST is preferred - not required.

Language: Fluent English required and + for additional languages.

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
