  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies and manage social media accounts
  • Moderate and interact with community/customers on Telegram, Twitter and Reddit in real time
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Tech, PR and Communications teams
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and Influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto technology trends
  • Native English speaker, other language skills a benefit
